Belt Pilot Careers Fair

The Belt Pilot Careers Fair brings mining cooperatives, smelting combines, prospecting guilds and salvage firms together on Ceres for three days of recruitment. Lumen will have a stand and a Leviathan deck simulator for visitors to try.

Careers manager Inês Carvalho will explain how sponsored seats work and which Belt operators are funding places this year. Anja Kowalczyk will talk about life on a six-pilot Leviathan flight deck, and Nadia Sato will describe what survey flying in a Valkyrie involves, from proximity operations to long deployments.

The fair is organised by Belt operators rather than by Lumen, and more than 60 employers are expected to attend. Our team will run short talks twice daily on the stand, and graduates now flying Leviathans, Valkyries and Basilisks will be on hand to talk honestly about life on Belt rotations.
