Inês Carvalho

Inês Carvalho manages Lumen's relationships with its hiring partners, the freight lines, mining cooperatives, rescue trusts and passenger lines that recruit graduates and sponsor seats. In 2186 she placed 94 per cent of graduates in flying jobs within six months.

Inês runs careers fairs in the Belt and on Mars and briefs prospective sponsors on how seat sponsorship works. She previously worked in crew recruitment for a passenger line.

Inês works with more than 40 operators across the solar system and runs the annual sponsorship briefing for crew planning teams. She is the first person to talk to if you want to know which partners are recruiting in a particular part of the solar system.
