What it takes to earn the Medevac Operations Endorsement

Holders of the Medevac Operations Endorsement, granted by the IFSB with the Orbital Aeromedical Council in the endorsement category, are certified as follows: Rescue and air-ambulance missions in the Seraph Medevac with patients aboard, including intercepts of disabled craft.

Requirements are set out in full in the official standard: Commercial Pilot Licence (Orbital), 500 hours as pilot in command, Enhanced aeromedical certificate, 130 simulator hours including mass-casualty drills and Supervised live standby rotation.
