Marisol Huamán

Marisol Huamán leads admissions at Lumen, guiding about 4,000 applicants a year through course choices, entry requirements and funding options. She began her career as a Kestrel first officer before moving into student recruitment.

Marisol is the person to ask how long it takes to go from complete beginner to airline captain, or which sponsored seats are open this intake. She hosts open days and information evenings across our campuses.

Marisol launched the academy's free logbook review service and personally oversees the allocation of sponsored seats each intake. She is also a frequent speaker at careers fairs, where she explains realistic timelines for every flying career.
