Updated handbook for the Deep-Space Command Endorsement

We have published a revised handbook for the Deep-Space Command Endorsement, awarded by the Interplanetary Flight Standards Board (IFSB) in the endorsement category.

Scope of the qualification: Command of long-range explorers such as the Odyssey Deep Explorer beyond the orbit of Saturn. Candidates must meet these requirements: Commercial Pilot Licence (Orbital), One heavy type rating, 2,500 hours multi-crew experience, 21-day isolation simulation and Deputy commander deployment.
