Heavy Crew Resource Management Workshop

Large flight decks fail in different ways from small ones. This two-day workshop at our Ceres outstation is for working Atlas Heavy Freighter and Leviathan Ore Hauler pilots who want to sharpen crew coordination on three- and six-pilot decks.

Anja Kowalczyk and Joaquín Ibarra will lead simulator scenarios in the six-station Leviathan deck replica, focused on task allocation during reactor emergencies, cargo shifts and convoy break-ups. Each session ends with a structured debrief.

The workshop counts towards annual revalidation for both type ratings. Places are limited to 24 pilots.

The workshop is open to pilots from any operator, not just Lumen alumni, and it includes a session on fatigue during long convoy watches. Participants receive a certificate of attendance accepted by Belt cooperatives as recurrent training credit.
