Grace Amoah

Grace Amoah oversees how Lumen trains its own instructors and leads the Flight Instructor Certificate course. A former Kestrel captain and instructor with 2,000 hours of right-seat teaching, she later studied adult education and brought that discipline into the cockpit.

Grace introduced the academy's structured debrief model and the annual instructor standards conference. She also sits on graduation panels across every campus.

Grace has trained more than 300 instructors who now teach at Lumen and partner academies, and she leads the standardisation seminar required to renew the Flight Instructor Rating. Her research on debriefing is used across the academy.
