Emeka Nwosu

Emeka Nwosu is senior training captain on Passenger Liner Command. He has captained the Halcyon Starliner since 2185 on the Earth-to-Olympus Ring route and has more than 11,000 hours of multi-crew flying behind him.

Emeka teaches the command modules on medical diversions, security incidents and cabin leadership. He is known for unannounced simulator scenarios where nothing breaks but everyone wants something from the captain at once, which he says is what command really feels like.

Emeka sits on the IFSB working group that reviews the Passenger Command Licence standard, and he mentors first officers considering command long before they apply. He gives the graduation address at Shackleton Base this season.
