Medevac Flight Instructor Endorsements

Leila Nasser leads Medevac Flight Operations from the Olympus Ring above Mars. She flew the Seraph Medevac for a rescue trust for eight years and logged more than 300 live missions, including the recovery of 11 miners from a disabled rig near Ceres in 2184.

Leila designed the course's joint simulator sessions with trauma teams, insisting that pilots and physicians train in the same room. She speaks often about the emotional demands of rescue flying and the importance of debriefing after difficult missions.

Leila still flies standby shifts with a rescue crew several times a year to keep her endorsement current. She co-authored the Orbital Aeromedical Council guidance on patient-safe acceleration limits that is now used across civilian rescue services.
